We know you're more a blabber than a reader (don't get us wrong, that's what we need), but take a few minutes to read this, because we could find you lots of people to talk to!

So, you really like getting to know new people and making bonds. And wow, you are good at it! People say you could be a psychiatrist, because you understand how to calm clients when they freak out (which luckily isn't too often when you have a great team working with you). But you simply know that a small gesture, such as sorely raised eyebrows or a hand on a shoulder followed by calm words, can change things in a glimpse. In other words, you act like Drake but in a damn wise way!

Clients feel safe and sound by your side, because you are more like a friend to them. Why of course, you can have lunch meetings if needed. And smoke shisha. And drink chai latte. By the sea. In Abu Dhabi, or Dubai, or wherever - we'll give you the car keys... Ok, enough. We know you love your job. Satisfying a client is simply your personal satisfaction.

The thing is - you are consistent and you set expectations in advance, so your clients know that their business is in good hands. Don't forget that the way they see you, they see us. Yes, we are one! So romantic :)

You know when and how to give compliments. The little time it takes to say "thank you, I've loved working together on phase 1 and look forward to phase 2" is guaranteed to make your client happy. Ok, we copied the last sentence from some "10 steps to making grumpy clients happy" article, but you know what we mean.

You understand IT and its impact on the world, especially in the UAE, where everyone wants to be bigger, shinier, simply the best. You understand how the software development industry works and what can be delivered in real time. We need our clients to know it, too. But that's not a problem for you, is it?

Product Owner

We're looking for an experienced product owner to help us deliver maximum business value through the software we develop.

We'll give you complete freedom to manage your precious Backlog. We know that's your thing because you just love to explain things down to the tiniest detail and prioritize them accordingly. Sure, perhaps you're leaning a bit towards OCD - but aren't we all? As long as you don't scream "This is mine!" or "Can't touch this!", because we're looking for a team player here.

Let the scrum master help you. Okay, scrum masters is annoying sometimes, but the two of you should work it out somehow. You are pretty zippy, want everything to be done ASAP, while the scrum master is more like "let's meditate a bit, the team needs stress relief". But hey, you are pals, complementing each other - like yin and yang. So, no fight, please!

You know the rules of Scrum, and keep all the timings in your head at all times. When the product is in your hands, you take care of it very well and are able to find the perfect balance between the client's wishes and your team's velocity. That's because you understand business goals and know how to prioritize things while maintaining good relations with your clients - all at the same time! Good job, octopus.

They also say you are good psychologist, too. You like to peek into human brains and think about the various corner cases that end-users might encounter, which would prevent them from accomplishing their goals. But your little gray cells won't allow it, cause you're good at predicting this kind of stuff

Your nerdy but playful spirit makes you a perfect match for handling software projects - and we need that.
